Kansas City, Missouri, April 23, 2012 – EWI® of Kansas City awarded six scholarships to high school seniors (EWISP) and one Adult Student in Scholastic Transition (ASIST) scholarship at their annual scholarship dinner held at the Marriott Muehlbach on Wednesday, April 18.

EWI® Scholarship Program (EWISP)
1st Place – Doug Anjard, Bishop Miege High School – $2,500
2nd Place – Allison Davis, Liberty High School – $1,500
3rd Place – Austin Richards, Ruskin High School – $1,000

EWI® Adult Student in Scholastic Transition (ASIST) Scholarship
Brittany James –MCC Blue River– $2,000

Executive Women International® Supports Adult Students in Transitional Situations

Kansas City, Missouri, April 23, 2012 – EWI® of Kansas City awarded Brittany James its Adult Students in
Scholastic Transition (ASIST) Scholarship of $2,000. The program provides financial support and guidance to adults
in the community who are in a variety of transitional situations. To be eligible for the program, candidates must be
able to identify their career goals and objectives along with meeting the necessary educational and financial
requirements.

Do you have an extra gift card? How about a gently used purse or jewelry you are looking to donate? Are you are wondering who to “re-gift” that card to who could REALLY use it? Your EWI Fundraising Committee would be HAPPY to take that gift card OR accessory off your hands and use it for a worthy cause!
